If you wish to return a product, please fill out the "Product Return Document" provided below. The document will have to be printed out and placed in the return box with the product being returned.
We promise to test our products rigorously before providing them for availability to purchase. Because of this we guarantee our product will be the best you've had. If you disagree, send it back. We provide a return label with each shipment. Depending on the quality of the product on return, we will make a decision on if it is capable of receiving a refund. If the product comes in with heavy use and/ or clearly damaged, we may decide to not provide a refund. When sending a product back please provide a detailed reason why you decided to return the product, and what went wrong.
If you wish to replace a product, please fill out the "Product Replacement Document" provided below. The document will have to be printed out and placed in the return box with, the product being replaced, and the receipt for the shipping fee. If you were unable to provide the receipt for shipping, then email us at Info@tacticaltapes.com. Include your name and contact information that you provided in the "Product Replacement Document."
We will see what went wrong with the product and fix the original product or replace it with a new one and return it back to you. If we determine that the product was intentionally damaged or used in a way that the product was not intended for, we may decide to not provide a replacement. If we determine that your product does warrant a replacement or fix, we will refund you for the shipping to us and will refund your shipping fees.
